This is my first time writing a review on my own. We arrived shortly after the store opened and there weren't many people, so we sat down right away. Since I'm not good at English, I searched on Google and ordered it. I asked for T-bone steak tenderloin included. I also asked again if it would be safe if I ordered 1.2-1.3 kg. But the server misunderstood and brought us a tenderloin steak. I told the server that my order was wrong, and the server looked embarrassed and took the plate back. Then he came back a little later and said I needed to order 1.8kg to include the tenderloin. However, he left without listening to our answer, so we thought he was giving us time to think about it. So after discussing it among ourselves, we waited for the server to order again, but he didn't come to our seat. After waiting for a while, I first called another nearby server. It was an older server with poor reviews. When we said we wanted to check our order, they told us to wait and that they were cooking. I was so dumbfounded, and the server who got the order wrong the first time was comforted? It looked like he was making excuses. In the end, we received a 1.8kg T-bone steak that we didn't order. Aside from the taste, the server's attitude felt very rude. I also didn't understand why the weight including the tenderloin had suddenly increased. From our perspective, it was only understood that the weight had been increased due to a mistake in the initial order. We can understand if your order is incorrect. However, the server's attitude was very unpleasant and I felt like it ruined what had been a good day. Many Koreans have already left similar reviews, but I thought that it probably had nothing to do with me and that other people would eventually visit again, but I think that this level of taste can be found in other places and I hope you will skip this place. I have traveled to many different countries, but for the first time, I felt sad. I write this out of kinship. Koreans have good taste, but apart from that, their attitude and service are the worst. Only people who don't mind being mistreated by others should go. People who value themselves should not go. Bad service or racism Look at those who say it doesn’t matter — bugs fly in food!!!!! And there is no bullshit, they smoke in front of the store and let people into the store. I also saw a good review and ignored the reviews saying the service was bad and racist, but it wasn't like that. I also received the wrong order. I had T-bone steak with my group. I checked, searched, and ordered several times asking for with filet (T-bone steak with tenderloin), but he couldn't understand and just gave me two tenderloin steaks. When I asked why it wasn't T-bone steak, I got a sad expression. After that, he continued to show a grumpy expression/attitude. While I was cutting the steak and eating it, he asked me if I wanted to take it with me or if I wanted to eat more. (Please note that all of these actions are the actions of multiple employees, not just one person. This does not mean that only one person can be avoided.) Another customer came into the store with his dog and started shaking the dog’s hair. It's your choice, but it's like wasting your time and going to Italy, getting in a bad mood, and wasting all the effort you put into taking a 10-hour plane ride. I booked Perseus weeks in advance to our visit, as my friend who lives in Florence said it was the best florentine steak we would find. As a slight cheat we did not get the traditional florentine steak but we did get steak and it was incredible We also got pasta parcels cooked in garlic butter which was delicious as well as a super fresh bruschetta to start. Highly recommend stopping here if you want some traditional Italian food. We sat in a heated outside area but the inside of the restaurant is equally beautiful.
