Persian Halal Restaurant is an authentic, traditional Persian restaurant located at Jackson Court Shopping Centre in Doncaster East. They are a family owned business, with over 25 years experience, owning 3 restaurants and 2 groceries and butchers. This also means you get only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Charcoal Mixed Grill for 2 - Shishlik (lamb chop), Barg (lamb fillet) Saffron Chicken and Lamb Koubideh (kabob). This was even bigger than I could have expected, could surely share between 3. The meat was flavourful but some more over than others. Our favourite was the lamb chops! An insane amount of rice! Appetizer Platter - 6 different tasters including dolma, hummus, borani esfenaj (spinach yoghurt dip), zeytoon parvardeh (marinated olives), kashke bademjan (eggplant dip), shirazi salad. All so authentic. Chips - 10/10 thick, crispy Saffron Icecream - the Persian style ice-cream is more icy. Saffron Rice Pudding - maybe too much rosewater in our serving. Taftoon Bread - I would try the fluffier bread next time! I loved how authentic everything was, and it all came so quickly! It was busy, almost every table full of families enjoying their meals. It was most disgusting Iranian food I try in my life the soup was totally damaged and has disgusting taste, I find hair in the box of chicken kabab , and ash vas absolutely disgusting, not recommended at all , I was hope if I could give -0 star Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Quality of food was nice. All kebabs are very tasty. Portion was generous. Service was at bare minimum, but fine. It took a bit long to have our foods. (30 minutes) Interior design, and cleanness were superb. In general, it is a great place to have Persian foods. Highly recommended.
