Bad Experience – Unfair Treatment and Possible Discrimination to : Mr. Jeff Clarke, as the owner and operator. On Sunday, October 19, 2025, around 12:45 a.m., I was asked to leave Person Street Bar (805 N Person St, Raleigh, NC 27604) by one of the female servers. While this happened, another individual placed his hand on my shoulder. I was not being disruptive or inappropriate in any way — I was dressed in a suit and behaving respectfully. I was simply being social and talking with other customers. Despite that, I was suddenly asked to leave, which felt unfair and humiliating. I believe I was treated without respect and possibly discriminated against. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Mr. Jeff Clarke, as the owner and operator, I want you to be aware that I intend to report this incident to the City of Raleigh Office of Equity, ABC and PSB and Inclusion and consider legal action for discrimination and wrongful treatment.
