Peter Chang at Merriweather is a jewel of a restaurant. Yan the general manager does a great job and her staff provide great customer service. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. If you want authentic Chinese cuisine give Peter Chang a try! A pretty good experience overall! Fast service and nice ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the scallion bubble pancake which came with a curry sauce/dip that reminded me of roti canai. The cilantro fish rolls were very crispy and tasty. From the dim sum menu, tried and liked congee (good portion size for price), beef brisket noodle soup, and purple sweet potato sesame balls. This was more than enough for 3 people!
