Vinnie's never disappoints when it comes to food quality. The pan pizza is consistently excellent: crispy on the outside and made with clearly fresh, high-quality ingredients. The sauce is flavorful, the cheese is perfectly melted, and everything tastes thoughtfully made rather than rushed. You can really tell they care about consistency and doing things right. OMG! Why is Vinnie's Pan Pizza SOOOO Good!! We've been trying to find good pizza since moving to NJ from Brooklyn and we have been disappointed time and time again. We actually had a waiter from the Millburn Standard tell us to try Vinnie's since we got into talking about food and pizza and he said try Vinnie's that's my favorite in the area. I am so thankful for him because it did not fail. The crust is just right, the pie has the right amount of sauce that I love and not overpowered by too much cheese or the use of cheap cheese. Everything about this pie is perfection! Quality ingredients, delicious flavor and the crispy edges! We went there once in the middle of the week for lunch when we figured people are working and the wait wouldn't be long. It was perfect because we got to sit down and enjoy this fresh delicious piping hot pie of perfection! Now this is our go to pizza place to pick up from. Thank you for making a solid delicious pie!
