I came here for Christmas dinner for the first time in half a year. Although the structure was typical of Petit Verdot, the ingredients were carefully selected, and we had a fun two hours there. I look forward to the soup every time and wonder what kind of sweet potato it will be. This time's soup is taro potage. Potato potage is common, but this was my first time making taro. Eating a dish for the first time is always fun. It was delicious and the wine was too expensive.
