I rarely leave reviews like this, but I’m very irritated by the Lack of follow up. I genuinely was excited to work with them, but unfortunately was never provided with any response back after the tasting. I was told that I would be sent a quote and everything, I didn’t hear back even after reaching out myself again , but yet still received no response. It’s very unprofessional. I am definitely glad we won’t be giving this business any of our funds, as I’ve found somewhere else that actually Cared enough to respond promptly. I understand things come up, but when you make it more important to follow up with other people‘s inquiry emails, as opposed to mine Someone who’s actually trying to give you business it seems a bit odd. Not sure if the owner caught attitude with us because we weren’t necessarily thrilled about all of the flavors or texture of the cakes but, despite this I still reached out and wanted to work together. My family thought they were giving cornbread but I actually didn’t mind the texture too much. Also, Im not sure why the tasting wouldn’t offer all the flavors that can be done. I feel like a proper tasting would at least include all different basis offered and toppings , Especially when it was specifically mentioned our interest in tasting all of the flavors since we planned on having different flavors within the cake tiers. This was the most important thing for me so in saying I treat prior to the tasting, and not being provided that was interesting. I’m upset because she really made it seem like she was interested in working with us and bringing our ideas to life. However, you definitely should not tell someone you’re going to follow up with them if you don’t plan to. AND if you can’t even respond back to someone’s inquiry email asking YOU about where’s your follow up after doing an entire tasting.. Why would I trust you to do my wedding cake at that point ?? How would I be sure that you would not completely ghost on us with something as important as delivering the cake on the big day? Never again. SMH. try to support your own people and they just keep on disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Petite Sweets Detroit made our wedding favors. Instead of displaying and serving a traditional wedding cake, Chef created beautiful mini cakes to gift to each guest. Not only were the pastries stunning, they were absolutely delicious! Even now, months later, our family and friends rave about the cakes they took home to enjoy. We will be return customers.
