Google and the website states they are open until 8:30pm. Called at 7:45pm to place a takeout order. It already seemed that they were limiting the menu in anticipation of closing. I was told 15-20 minutes until the order was ready. At 8:10pm I headed out. At 8:12pm I got a call from the owner who said he wanted to close. I told him I was on my way and would be there in 5 minutes. At 8:20pm I arrived and he had closed the shop.
If you are not open until 8:30pm and/or are not willing to honor your posted business hours then you need to be up front with your customers. Not a great way to attract and retain us.
