The location is very nice - that's about it. The winter forest is a cool idea. However, the prices are quite cheeky for what is on offer. The menu states that 330g of cheese fondue is served per person. The portions seemed much smaller than that. The information from the service staff revealed that it was actually only 200g per person. The bread is tasteless and looks like it has been sitting around for days. Service was also just okay. We won't give into Pfistern anymore.
