You can always degust nicely cooked carne asada burritos, bacon and chorizo at this restaurant. Great coffee is worth trying here. The success of Phanny's would be impossible without the pleasant staff. Fast service is something clients agree upon here. From the guests' point of view, prices are fair. Phanny's is a Southbay Go To, it's been around since the early 90's and has some of the Best Breakfast Burrito's anywhere, Today we're trying the new location in El Segundo, and they look Delicious!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Burritos, BREAKFAST burritos. I didn't really read the yellow box on the menu, and ordered a Carne asada, only then did i realize it was breakfast burritos. It's not obvious, and also the interior could use some color, paint, photos, art, etc... The staff and burrito were great! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch
