Phil Thai is pretty near Onizuka Astronomy Complex. Nicely cooked chicken will impress you at the first bite. Do not go away without trying good halo-halo. Clients don't highly appreciate tea at this restaurant.
The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Enjoyable service is something visitors appreciate here. The bad atmosphere is what guests don't like at Phil Thai. People rate this place below average on Google.

Make sure to ask about the 50-cent plastic bag charge before ordering — the owner was very rude and unprofessional about it. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from that Thai place at all. The food was okay, but the hidden fees and attitude ruined the experience. The Thai iced tea was watery and not sweet, which made it even more disappointing.
