I’m Filipina and I rave about our culture and cuisine. My friend came to eat at your location in Oxnard and his experience was terrible. Overpriced $9 for one kebab and 2 scoops of rice: Cold and mushy rice: No napkin or fork provided. He had to ask and the lady snatched the bag from him to check. Not a good place and the atmosphere was not desirable. Flys in there! I’m disappointed and embarrassed of his experience with Filipino Cuisine: Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

10/25/2025 - Is Saturday ( Philhouse Onard). I bought a Halohalo & have a second free Halohalo & they raised the price but the main Halohalo it's only have ice, ube icecream, and it's all have beans only no kaong!!! "WHAT DA HICK !! Philhouse Raised the price for Halohalo!! That's a " Rip Off Price for Halohalo!! Its sucks!!! There's nothing in it!! Only iced, ube ice-cream, no letche flan!! & alots of " BEANS!!!!!!!!! You Philhouse stop!! Being greedy for money!!!! I am very angry for what I spent for!!! "I AM NOT HAPPY FOR THE PRICE OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE HALOHALO!!! & IT'S ALL HAVE IS BEANS & IT'S TERRIBLE!!!!
