Nicely cooked burgers are good to degust. The friendly staff at Phileas can demonstrate how much they like their customers. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. You will certainly appreciate the exotic atmosphere. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.
