We wanted to love this place but we were disappointed. My wife's snow crab was overcooked, resulting in two thirds of it being wasted. I only got their version of Bang-bang shrimp, which was good, but the portion size was very small for the price. The wait to be seated was 45 minutes, and another 45 before we received our food. Five small shrimp for $18. This isnt a place we would visit again, especially at this price. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Maura was ON TOP of it! We visited for lunch on our east coast family roadtrip and ordered family style - a shared crab leg boil, fried lobster claws, a fried sampler platter, broiled oysters, and some cream of crab soup - all hits, no misses. If you’re in for a meal and get Maura as your server, make sure you take her advice. She took amazing care of us, and even made sure all of our food came out in shifts so the hottest and freshest plates came in waves and ready to eat at the perfect time. If you’re by the harbor, whether it’s for lunch, dinner, or even just a pick me up, Phillip’s Crab Deck is the place to be. We will definitely be back in the future. Went for a Valentines day adventure. Went to the Aquarium and then over to Phillips. Waited an hour for a table. We got seated and our order was taken. We got the appetizer. Then we watched 5 table get seated, fed and left and we never saw any food. We waited an hour. Waitress kept saying it would be soon. We never saw any food. We got up and left. Spoke to the lady manager who said she was sorry and that we wouldn't be charged? Charged for what? The food you didn't serve us. Never made the attempt to make up for it. What was supposed to be a nice trip was except for Phillips Seafood in Baltimore. bad service and bad business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
