We stopped by accident and we were happily surprised. The food was excellent! I had an angle pasta with artichoke and mushrooms and the Thai cream soup of the day. Both were delicious! We came with 2 picky kids and they prepared their chicken and pasta exactly as they wanted. They each ate the full petite dinner! Dessert was also good. Julia took care of us and she was friendly and made perfect recommendations. Prices are reasonable. I will come back again! I just visited Phillips European for the first time, and it was such a lovely experience. Our server, Lori, was absolutely wonderful. She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Matt, who made us feel right at home. Another team member, Cole, was just as amazing and added to the joy of the evening. Between the incredible food, cozy atmosphere, and truly kind people, it was such a special night. I can’t wait to come back!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
