Report incorrect information
I have been eating and ordering from Philos for years. About 1 ½ years ago something seems to have happened.
Orders started occasionally showing up missing parts, wrong meals, being delivered ice cold and even outright swapping things that were ordered with other things!
Such as a 39$ 14oz Sirloin streak ordered arrives in the form of a hamburger steak complete with powdered "gravy" Specifically, the SAME INSTITUTIONAL powdered gravy you get in hospitals and Gaols!
Or swapping ALL the greek potatoes/rice dishes in the order for fries and that nasty gravy.
Notes made on the orders are completely ignored. I have no use for vinegar/oil dressing especially since it cannot be used after being made so I always try to stop FOOD WASTE and pointless plastic use by CLEARLY annotating "NO SALAD DRESSING!!!" on every part of every order yet they send it anyways.
160$ orders missing HALF the ordered (and paid for) food outright!
Order veggie pizza and get the nasty cheap, greasy pepperoni
At first I kept ordering because when there was an issue they USUALLY sorted it within 15-20 minutes.
But today they muffed my order again for the 6th time in a row
this time when I called in I was told it would be sorted in about 10 minutes as per usual .. 24 minutes later I called back only to find it was NEVER sent out ... And was told the person bringing it was "on the way already...
In the end over an HOUR and 15 minutes after the initial delivery someone finally showed up to deliver the missing item .. AND STILL BROUGHT THE WRONG ONE!
