Stick to the pho and you won’t be left disappointed. Waited over an hour (close to 1.5) to get our food. Server was incompetent, no water was provided, kept coming back asking what we had ordered. So why bothered taking down our order? He got drink order wrong too on top of that. Hu Tieu and Pho were good. Can’t say the same about bun bo hue and com tam/rice plate. Bun bo hue was very bland. 2 of our parties who ordered it left it untouched after a few bites. Rice plate was horrendous as well. Not using broken rice, tasteless meat, and no fish sauce. Mind you, we are a Vietnamese household, so yes we know what these food should taste like. Truly disappointing. In Hawaii it’s hard to find authentic, unwatered down Vietnamese food until now. If you like Vietnamese food done right that tastes great, I would recommend Pho Bistro.
