I give Phở 54 Restaurant located at 10240 Westminster Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92843 FIVE STARS. I really enjo. the pho and atmosphere this place has. They have a nice staff and fast service, but depending on the time and day you will have a wait time for a table. I always enjoy adding all the toppings they provide for your PHO.includes:Fresh basil springs.Sliced green onions.Lime wedges.Bean sprouts.Fresh mintSliced JalapeñosEtc.... 'SI do like that masks are required and how the areas and tables used are cleaned after each customer.
