Having seen Meridian Hill Park, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Ignore other places, discover the Vietnamese menu at Pho 54. Most guests recommend trying good broth, egg rolls and banh mi. Great bubble tea, vietnamese coffee or thai iced tea will make your meal tastier and you'll certainly come back.

Don't really go out of my way for pho especially in dc but wanted to try it and it did not disappoint the broth was amazing and the pork and chicken were jam packed with flavor and if you get there while it's busy then. You will be met with the aroma of the food being made they have a very small basic menu which makes it very easy to decide what you want will be trying the bun mi next

I saw the bubble tea counter at Streets, but it was closed, so I wandered into Pho 54 hoping to satisfy my craving. While they didn't have any boba, they were super knowledgeable about what was vegan friendly and what ingredients went into their dishes. I ended up getting spring rolls, a banh mi made vegan (I.e. without the mayo), and a mango green tea-type drink. It was all satisfying. I just wished the tofu had a bit more flavor in the banh mi. I'd definitely go back.
