Today Sunday July 12 2026 at 1pm, I went to eat like any other Sunday, there were two young people a girl and boy and they have they have the worst service ever I hope they hire better people who’s appreciated the customer that with out us they won’t be having a job, I hope they fired them because they were very rude and disrespectful, they’re better pho restaurants then that one, one is on San Bernardino on Mill st and Waterman ave and other one in Fontana by Sierra ave and Marygold, thank for reading this. Very disappointed with our experience at Pho 77 Rialto. We waited while multiple customers who arrived after us were served their food and finished eating before we received ours. It felt like our table was completely overlooked. We were patient and understanding, but the lack of attention and communication from the staff was frustrating. A simple update or apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I hope management addresses these issues so future customers are treated more fairly Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
