WAITER THOMAS WAS VERY VERY RUDE.First and foremost, I never ever write reviews so this is saying something. The food was very good but our waiter, Thomas was inexcusably rude. At first we just wanted to see the menu, so we walked in. He stared at us and pointed at a table, with no greeting whatsoever. By the way, how was I suppose to know he was the waiter he was working with his headset on? When he brought our rice he slammed it down, slid it over an literally just walked away. Later, after ordering my boba drink I pointed out that the receipt he gave us said “hot” and wanted to clarify that the drink would be cold. He, very sarcastically, turned to me and said “I don’t know, do you speak Vietnamese.” I was stunned and very taken aback by his brazenly rude tone and behavior.I’ve been in customer service, I’ve worked years and years serving people and I have always kept a smile on my face while working. The food was delicious, I recommend getting the shaking chicken TO GO ONLY , but just the service is terribleee.

Large portions. Hot & spicy is perfect amount of spicy. $12 a Pho for the medium is a good price considering how much You get. 4 star because the spring roll I ordered is $6 for 2, and it is pure lettuce. Too much lettuce. Can hardly bite into or taste anything else other than lettuce. Not impressed with that. Atmosphere is nice. Spa like music is nice. The server was very nice. I would visit here again.
