I had a great experience here! I went with my parents at 6pm on a Monday and it wasn’t busy at all, we got to enjoy the restaurant to ourselves aside from the owners enjoying dinner as well. We ordered two dishes for just under $40+tip (a bit on the pricier side) but the pork and vermicelli dish was SUPER DELICIOUS. We were seated quickly, it was quite clean, and the decor was very cutesy! Very pink, lots of faux flowers. Apparently the Angel part of the name is based on the owner’s daughter. There is a ginormous AI mural of a model-esque angel girl which is slightly off-putting but oh well. They play the radio softly which is appreciated. I recommend this place for a great and casual dinner experience! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: My mother can’t eat dairy or gluten but the menu provides plenty of options for her.

This was only my second time having pho, and I came to Pho Angel because I was feeling really sick. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. He recommended a bowl that would help keep me hydrated and wouldn’t upset my stomach, which I truly appreciated. While I was waiting, he also kindly offered me tea. The care and hospitality stood out just as much as the food. Such a comforting experience when I needed it most. I’ll definitely be back!
