I've visited Pho Bistro twice now and have been thoroughly impressed with their food and service. My wife and I ordered the vegetarian tofu pho and stir-fry vegetable curry with rice and it was great! There was a variety of vegetables included and you can add lime/ Thai basil/ bean sprouts/ chilli oil to your preference for the broth. The service was prompt (it wasn't over crowded) and the waitress was polite and gave good recommendations! I'll be visiting Pho Bistro again for sure.
