My family and I were the only ones in the restaurant. We usually go to katy asian town to get pho, but coming here has changed my life. Katy asian town is over hyped and this is literally the best pho place I've found in Katy. Try this place!! The pho is amazing. The bo luc lac is delicious. Very quiet place. Very clean. Best pho in the Katy area!! I've tried a few and preferred one in particular until I tried the pho at Pho ChopstiX. My go to order is always either the chicken or beef (both are delicious) and a Banh mi (sandwich) all of them are fantastic, but my favorite is the grilled pork. Tons of flavor in the broth and grilled pork (in the sandwich), and I love all the fresh fixings. I've only ordered food for delivery and everything has always arrived hot, fresh, and earlier than expected (which is always great especially when you're hungry).
