I ordered the chicken plate and the chicken was terrible and hard no flavor I could not even cut the chicken with my fork. It was like rubbery. The waitress was nice. I have gone to other PHO places and it’s a lot better the food. This was my experience you can have your own. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Place is empty at 5:19 Saturday night. Pork dumplings were good, service good. Main dish unpeeled shrimp, hard to peel. Advise T&N Lawrence across from St Pat's church or Lowell Viet-Thai. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
