Pho broth is still consistent. Have been eating there for decades except recent years. After trying out their number one, broth is still good. Warning, cash only so make sure have enough and beware of your surroundings since it's in Oakland. Lots of crime by blacks these days. We know why. Parking: Limited free parking. If there is no more parking it can be hard to find parking during peak hours.
