Pho Le is now Now Pho. Let's make that clearer: Pho Le has changed its name to Now Pho. I knew the menu was being reprinted but not that the name was being changed. Slight changes. For example, no pickled garlic or additional chili brought to the table with the food (but if you miss it, try asking if it's available). The plate of veggies with my favorite dish has been reduced in size and mixed all together instead of being in separate heaps, but the important components were there and it was plenty, so the result was fine. I thought there was more meat in my dish this time and less rice cracker. All in all, the same great food a little more streamlined. Just don't get Westernized, please! It's the authenticity that makes this place great. Also the great service and friendly staff. :-) We still haven't tried their pho and might never do so. I go for the specialty dishes that I haven't seen before (like my favorite S41, Mì Quang Tôm Thit - Shrimp, Pork And Egg, Thick Yellow Noodle, which means wide noodles). We've had some good appetizers too, but that was in the previous incarnation as Pho Le. We always find something interesting on the menu. Eaters - be adventurous and have fun!

This has been my regular spot for about 3 years now and I love the growth and change this place has gone through over the years! Service is great, atmosphere is great and of course food is awesome.
