Be careful of misleading pricing from the staff. I ordered four “rolls” and confirmed it with the staff twice, but when it came time to pay, they charged me the price for “baguettes” instead—$2 more per item, and told me already made with baguette. I also ordered two crispy pork rolls. Not only was there no crispy pork crackling at all, but one of them was made with BBQ pork instead, which is cheaper. The ingredients were not fresh either: the meat was overly heavily marinated, and there were very few vegetables. Overall, the total was $10 more than what my order should be. Went to Pho Ngon Springvale recently. Service was poor and unprofessional, mainly because the guy with gold hair on top didn’t speak very nicely! Food was great, but the service made the experience uncomfortable. Service: 1
