Came to springvale to have some bhan mi for breakfast. Originally wanting to have the Bunbun Bakery but they were temporarily closed due to renovation. Ordered a Crispy bork belly bhan mi, but nothing is crispy- the meat was extremely dry. Can’t finished the whole thing as it was too dry. I have Mocha coffee too but nothing taste like coffee- tasted more like a chocolate syrup. What an early disappointment. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. The photos and descriptions look great, but the actual dishes were very poor in quality and flavour. It felt very misleading. I would not recommend coming here if you’re expecting good food. There are many better places around. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to Pho Ngon Springvale recently. Service was poor and unprofessional, mainly because the guy with gold hair on top didn’t speak very nicely! Food was great, but the service made the experience uncomfortable. Service: 1
