The pho is pretty good the prices are to high for being in Fargo however Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Pho Tai, Pho Chicken

I'm torn in reviewing this place, . My wife and I both ordered the P16, loaded Pho bowl. The GOOD: large portions, fast service and personal attention, authentic foreign, good choices of sauces, well developed flavour of the Pho soup broth, full bowl of noodles and other ingredients. Not so good: undercooked noodles (!!), gritty sand in the order that included tripe, too little broth to ingredient ratio, beef tendon was left over reheated and should have been stewed longer, could have been fresher beef flavor. Heard the microwave being used for orders. I would have expected $16-17$ instead of $19.75. Perhaps this is a local gem, I don't know. Had better. I would return, but I would inform them of how I want my noodles.... Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Oh my the soup is on for fall at Pho Titi and it's Delicious! Season to taste( which I love. Some like it hot some don't), HUGE PORTIONS, enough for 2 (if you feel like sharing but I don't think you will after you try it)! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
