Absolutely delicious pho! A lot of choices of different types of meats available. The broth is hearty and tastes of beef bone broth. Also, try the Vietnamese coffee, it is so so good! I had the #30 which is sirloin, flank steak, brisket. You can also ask for recommendations on how to prepare your bowl and what the different spices and garnishes are on your side plate. The restaurant is Very Clean. I sat at a wide side table and the table is freshly wiped down, the chairs back rest where you pull it out from the table is clean and shows no grime or residue from previous customers. The wall beside my table is clean and shows no yucky stuff. All the condiments on the table are freshly wiped down and not sticky. Really nice comfortable environment to relax and eat in peace.
