You wheezed, you moaned, you complained, you groaned and guess what: The sauces, utensils, etc are all very clean and organized now. Seriously, quit your bitchin'. If dining out at an ethnic restaurant in the states bums you out, stay the hell out of Asia/other countries because you'd really have a tough time. I feel as if Pho Vy is under new management/ownership. Perhaps that's what's behind the recent cleaning and organization; regardless, it doesn't matter to me. I'm just concerned with the Pho...particularly the broth. Pho Vy has pretty decent broth. Definitely the best in the Lacey/Olympia/Tumwater region. Pho Friends on South Tacoma Way Is my favorite, FYI. Go to Pho Vy, get some pho and enjoy...
