Attention Dan the owner of Pho Whittier. I’m sure you remember me it’s Oscar Medina. I’m sorry to inform you that your service has declined A whole lot. I sat down to enjoy my food I’m happy to inform you that the quality of food is still good.however, I asked for a coconut water and never received the. The kid wasn’t even apologetic about it. Everyone was rude. I’ll probably never return again. I was very disappointed.
