I had a mixed experience at Phoenicia restaurant in Birmingham, Michigan. The servers were lovely, accommodating our request for a nice table for our lunch. Unfortunately, the manager seemed indifferent and even rude, insisting on seating us near the restrooms when we were among the first guests. This lack of professionalism cast a shadow over an otherwise pleasant meal. On a brighter note, I must commend their ice cream, particularly the rose water flavor, which was a delightful treat. If only the overall service matched the quality of this sweet ending. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1
