I recently dined at Phoenician and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. Upon arrival, the restaurant was completely empty, which should have been a positive sign for attentive service. However, that turned out to be quite the opposite.We were seated in a corner table right next to a speaker, and I couldn’t help but feel that it was the least desirable spot in the house. I politely requested to change tables, considering the volume was uncomfortable for a pleasant dining experience. To my surprise, the staff's response was less than satisfying; rather than accommodating my request, they simply lowered the volume of the music.It felt as if they were merely going through the motions without any genuine interest in customer satisfaction. The atmosphere was uninviting, and it quickly became clear that the staff had no desire to enhance our dining experience. Given that we were one of the few patrons in the restaurant, I would have expected a little more attentiveness and willingness to create a comfortable environment.Overall, the lack of customer service and the dismissive approach left a sour taste. It’s disheartening when a restaurant has potential but fails to deliver on the basics of hospitality. I hoped for a pleasant evening but ended up feeling disregarded instead. I can’t say I’ll be returning anytime soon, unless there are significant changes made in their service
