Great food but crap attitude from the person taking the order's. In my opinion the price is ridiculous, to he fair we obviously have an out of date menu but have never received a new one . I looked on the website for the prices and a menu is there plain to see but old prices !! This needs to be amended by phoenix so they only show true prices . We have used phoenix since they opened but the attitude tonight from the lady on the phone tonight she just wasn't bothered !! Sad but I'll go elsewhere from now on .... Phoenix Chinese Takeaway has been my go-to Chinese takeaway for years in the Prettygate, Lexden, and Stanway area. I always collect because there’s plenty of parking, and my order is always ready at the time they say it will be. We’ve never been let down – the food is consistently amazing, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommended!
