Big fan of this place, mom and pops kinda place with great HK cafe food. Went for the set rib steak menu with a lemon tea. Great price, exactly what I want from a place like this. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Phoenix Chinese Restaurant had been a regular restaurant I go for the last 10 years. The taste is good. Although you may not find the most outstanding renovation in the cafe. Serving majority of cantonese hk cafe style food, this would be not a bad choice. If you want a quick bite, this would be a place you consider. The photos show the combo lunch.
