5 Stars for the amount of choices one has on the menu to choose from, super fast & friendly staff. Drink orders were taken at the table, so no need to leave your dinner party to purchase drinks A+ on that :) 3 Stars for the Atmosphere, due to the level of noise. This being due to the amount of close table placements within the restaurant. I guess being a weekend & how popular Phoenix is that's just how it goes. We have been there now 5 times for birthday parties etc. with family & friends & I recently discovered which is a minus 1 star. The restaurant has one single Toilet, which is a shared facility. With the amount of seating available for guests I would have expected there to be a larger & sperate facility. Also I'm not sure if this facility is also used by staff? Parking is ok, but can be a struggle to find a parking spot if you go at the wrong time, due to other fast food establishments being in the same location & sharing the parking lot. Otherwise a great place to try if only for their awesome menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Dined there on Sunday for dinnee and service was very slow. All mains were nearly served on our table but missing with one, followed up multiple times with no feed back ! However food was good! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I wore my crocs to this food premise and they told me that I would have to plug up each individual hole if I wanted to be served here. So I grabbed the house-made gnocchi and started filling those holes. After about 2hrs of hole filling, I told the waiter. He was so excited he let out a cute "yippie!". He told me to wait right there as he grabbed his manager. The manager came out of his office, which was just a coffin labeled "nap sack" , and told me I could have one of the chefs specials free if I could hit the quan. I didn't know what the quan was, however I did indeed hit that. The manager, ecstatic about what I just did, delivered me a delectable shrimp-loaf (meat loaf with shrimp instead of meat). I very much enjoyed my experienced at Phoenix and Co and would definitely come here again. :) Kid-friendliness: I am scared of kids.
