Folklore Caloundra is a nice spot if you’re craving Asian-inspired food in Caloundra. The dishes are creative and combine different Asian flavours into one, more adjusted to Aussie taste rather than fully authentic Asian food. The vibe is great for drinks and catching up with friends, the service was nice and friendly, and the prices are reasonable too. Definitely worth trying if you want something a bit different and fun. We had an absolutely incredible experience at Pholklore. From the moment we walked in, we were looked after by Harlem, who showed us to our table. Honestly, his level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care was so impressive that I genuinely thought he might have been the owner. It’s rare to come across service like that — attentive, confident, and completely effortless. The restaurant was extremely busy, which usually can mean slower service or things slipping through the cracks — but not here. Every single thing we needed was handled quickly and without any hassle. The team clearly runs like a well-oiled machine. Now the food this is where it goes to another level. Without exaggeration, this was the best food my wife and I have ever eaten. Every dish was packed with flavour, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with serious skill and attention to detail. You can tell straight away that this place genuinely cares about what they’re serving. We loved it so much that there’s no question — we’ll be back again (and probably very soon). If you’re anywhere near Caloundra, do yourself a favour and go here. Outstanding food, incredible service, and an all-round experience that’s hard to beat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Still thinking about this place days later! The pho is next level. It keeps all the comfort and depth you want from a traditional bowl, but with these incredible fusion twists that somehow just work. Every spoonful had layers of flavour, rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced without being overcomplicated. What really surprised me though was the cocktail list. You don’t always expect standout drinks at a pho spot, but this place absolutely delivers. Creative, well thought out, and actually paired so well with the food, it elevated the whole experience. The vibe, the flavours, the attention to detail everything just hit. One of those spots you leave already planning your next visit.
