Come on, it's the Phyrst - gotta go 5-stars for this State College institution. So the floor might be a little sticky, and the place reminds me of a scene from Silence of the Lambs, but besides that, you just gotta love this relic. Just grab a Guinness here if nothing else. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
