I've been to other Piadas before but none of them compare to the service here!! I was helped out immediately, my food was fresh, flavorful and tailored exactly to how I imagined. The customer service was amazing, and very welcoming, for this being my first time being here, I didn't feel any type of anxiety to order. The music playlist going on in the background enriches the atmosphere, bringing positive energy to the restaurant. I had to get some trainings done on my computer and the music absolutely helped me focus. I give this Piada location a 10/10 and I most definitely see myself coming back to this location. Every employee seemed happy to help and there was not a frown in the room. Thank you so so much for making my Piada experience special! We enjoyed our food to the bowl! I am writing this after my second visit two days in a row and all I can say is that the food here is tremendous. Yesterday, i went out of my way to say "compliments to" the chef Donnie. Alex was so accomodating and personable and you know she runs the show as everything runs smoothly over here. I had the Diablo dish and my wife had the basil pesto and I wish I would have had the one my wife did because that one was just these goodies. The music selection makes for an overall great vibe. Wish we had one where I live. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service, food quantity and quality and the atmosphere are all 10's. I wish we had one of these restaurants closer to my home. We had to travel to Houston for an appointment and I've been trying to try out the pasta but parking is so crazy. Well yesterday I was a 3 minute walk away. We ordered the carbonara with grilled chicken, kids meal, and a sandwich. Everyone enjoyed their food at 10am...lol I can't wait to visit again.
