I discovered Piadora on the advice of my girlfriend and, intrigued by the possibility of being able to compose my own, I decided to try one. I'll start by absolutely complimenting the place for the quality and freshness of the products used to make the piadine, not everyone has access to very fresh raw sausage with a similar taste. As anticipated, it is possible to compose your own piadina by choosing from a vast menu of raw materials, or choose one from those already designed by the staff, all at super advantageous prices compared to the competition. The piadina is nice and full, satisfying enough and, despite being wrapped, believe me it's a real pleasure. Remember to ask for your loyalty card: for every 10 piadinas, one is free!
