The wait service was not bad, so I don’t want my review to reflect them. Management however needs a few lessons in service. We rented a few tables to celebrate our family holiday dinner since Covid didn’t allow us to have it at normal time. There were 25 of us from 12p-3p. They brought the pizza out around 1:00 and took the half finished ones back to clear for space around 1:45. We had a few late members show up around 2:00. We asked to have some boxed up for them to take home. We were told that it’s only all you can eat for dine-in. Okay…understandable. We then asked if they could bring ours back out for the late people. Nope, they can’t have food sitting longer than 2.5 hours. Okay…at this point it was not even 2 hours. They wouldn’t bring it back out. Okay, final effort can you then please make another pizza for our party…since again we paid per person and had members that did not eat. This time we were told no, they were too busy (there was one table seated) and a 3:00 party that just started arriving. Long & short, they lost business over a pizza.
