Piattini on Newbury was such a beautiful experience. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, especially the pink, artsy, painting-decorated area. It felt cozy, elegant, and very cute for pictures without feeling too much. The whole place had a warm and stylish vibe, which made the meal feel even more special. The food was delicious and definitely worth the price. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I also appreciated that the portions and quality matched what you pay for, especially for a restaurant on Newbury Street. It felt like one of those places where you are paying for both good food and a nice experience, and Piattini delivered both. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back. It is a great spot for dinner, a date night, or even a cute outing with friends. Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. It is advertised as the best pizza and pasta in Boston. Well, I have to agree that the pizza was good. I had the NY-style pizza, and the cheese was a bit too chewy and salty for my taste, but it was still good. The tiramisu could also be slightly better, but overall it was good. Piattini is my very favorite restaurant in Boston and I make it a point to eat there every time I visit! I attended culinary school in Italy and am very particular about the Italian food that I consume. Piattini hits the mark every time! Not only is the food always exceptional, the service is impeccable. Although I do not live in Boston, so I am unable to eat there whenever I wish, I now can bring Piattini to my home with their new Cacio E Pepe Truffle Sauce. I brought 2 jars of it home with me last week and it is absolutely fantastic! I will admit that it is better than the Cacio e Pepe that I make myself (and I am pretty good at it). What I love about Piattini's Cacio E Pepe sauce is the depth of flavors it has. If you are a truffle lover, you will really enjoy it. If you are not a truffle lover yet, this quite possibly will convert you. I am hoping that it will be available to order on-line so that I am never without it.
