Absolutely wonderful experience! The service was immaculate from start to finish. A special shoutout to Ayanda, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, which was a pleasant bonus. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and perfect for getting some work done while enjoying a great meal. Excellent service, great food, and a relaxing environment—I’ll definitely be back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Incredibly disappointed with the service at Piatto Kyalami today (03 April, 12:00). We are regulars here specifically because they are dog-friendly. We even checked with a waiter first who confirmed it was fine to have our dog with us. However, the manager, Primrose, then intervened with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude, telling us dogs were no longer allowed. To be given the go-ahead by a staff member only to be treated with such hostility by management is unacceptable. If you value good service and consistency, avoid this branch. Primrose clearly doesn't value loyal customers.". Order type: Dine in Price per person: R 400–500
