We had a wonderful family meal at Steakhouse Piatto in Riyadh. The food was excellent, but what really made our visit special was Richel. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our meal. Richel recommended the Sufra Rewards app, which allowed our kids to eat for free. It was such a thoughtful tip and made our dining experience even better. Her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service truly stood out. One of the highlights of our visit was the pizza-making experience at the Piatto section of the restaurant. The kids got to wear adorable mini chef hats, make their own pizzas, and then enjoy eating what they had created. It was such a fun, interactive activity that kept them entertained and made the meal even more memorable. Thank you, Richel, for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! Had a great experience at Piatto/steakhouse! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Special thanks to our servers Allan and dinesh — they were very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their great service really made our dining experience even better. My experience at Piatto Restaurant was absolutely wonderful in every detail. The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable, and the food was truly delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can clearly feel the attention to quality from the moment you walk in until the last bite. I would especially like to thank the waiter Suraj for his outstanding service and warm smile. He was very professional, quick, and helpful with great recommendations about the menu. He made us feel like special guests, not just customers, and that added a lot to our experience. A place definitely worth visiting again and again, and having people like Suraj makes the experience complete. Thank you, Piatto, for such a lovely time ️.
