I would like to express my sincere appreciation to one of the staff members at Piatto Restaurant (Neil) for his great cooperation and outstanding attitude regarding an issue I faced with receiving my order through a delivery app. Although the mistake was on my side, he handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help. His respectful approach and excellent customer service made a big difference. I truly hope that the branch manager recognizes the value of this employee, as staff like him reflect the true quality and reputation of the restaurant.
