OMG. My family dropped in after a Google search - on a trip from Boston to Philly and could not have been more pleased. Every. Thing. My wordly adult son said he would drive 5 hours for this! Most tender chicken I ever tasted. Stunning pepperoni and cheese (didn't even taste the crust cos I was too full). The Pasta Alfredo was perfectly cooked and not too rich. Caesar salad also just right. And the service was elegant, warm, welcoming, yet really comfortable. Five stars for sure. And we are ready for the last leg of the drive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure

After walking around beautiful Frenchtown, we ended our day trip at a restaurant that managed to live up to its glowing reviews. Every plate was well-seasoned, the portions were generous, and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. I ordered the rigatoni, and I never imagined such a simple recipe could pack so much flavor. The other dishes, including the Pesto Pasta with Burrata, the Chicken Milanese, and the Mare di Risotto, were equally exceptional. Our waiter was extremely friendly, and we even received a complimentary dessert on the house. I would definitely recommend it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60

I am basing my review on service alone since Piazzi decided that we weren't worthy of being served. We sat for 40 minutes waiting for our appetizers while tables seated after us were served. Im sure the food was delicious but I guess you have to be a much more important guest to actually be allowed to eat. We left hungry since we literally were only served sqter and our Cokes. We were sorely disappointed in our experience. Every single staff member, including our waiter walked past our empty table without checking on our food. After our first complaint we were told we would be taken care of. Again, we left after 40 minutes with not a bite to eat. Our bread finally came out but at that point we just lost our appetite. This review again has nothing to do with the food since we were never given anything to eat. It is a popular restaurant but even with a reservation we were just completely ignored. Literally ignored while we were seated front and center in the restaurant. The staff literally couldn't serve most other tables without passing our empty table and for not one single person to take note of us was actually just insulting. Horrible experience and a ruined family Sunday. Luckily we went to Pittstown Inn and were welcomed and served immediately. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
