Unfortunately I will not be returning here , I spent $20 on food that came out of my bank account . Their register read it was declined. I showed them where it was drawn from my account and not only did I not get my money back I didn’t get the food either. Sad how you treat people Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered food through door dash not my first time! I normally love them! Today pieces of my order were missing! Mistake! I get mistakes happen.. when I called to let them know hoping to get credit back on my card for what was missing repeatedly she said over and over that the ordered was confirmed! Basically saying not their fault! Is it possible that the dasher ate my burrito and tortillas? Yes! But I paid for those items! Is it too much to ask for someone to say sorry let me credit for the burrito?? I mean! Service sucked! My long relationship with Picantes just ended! It’s the principle!
