After enjoying Museo Della Pasta Alimentare, go to this restaurant that is not far away. The menu of Italian cuisine is recommended to taste at Piccolo Arancio. Offering nicely cooked cod, cacio e pepe and spaghetti carbonara is the unique characteristic of this place. Try good tiramisu, millefoglie and gelato. Don't miss the opportunity to order delicious cordial, prosecco or grappa. Some visitors like great lemonade, americano or juice at this spot.

You will certainly appreciate the calm atmosphere and nice decor. 4.4 is how users rate Piccolo Arancio on Zomato.

Excellent cuisine. Delicious pastas, fair prices.
I first came across this restaurant by complete accident, visiting Rome in October 1993, just after finishing university. The first time I ever had fiori di zucca... I loved them so much that I would still think back about them from time to time. When I returned to Rome in 2007, unfortunately I had forgotten the name of the restaurant, but I remembered an orange being involved, thanks to google I could find it and have the lovely fiori di zucca again! And now in 2019 I went to Rome again and had dinner here twice! Because it’s so good!!!
Finding a restaurant like this, in a quiet cobblestone alley, so close to the Trevi fountain with all the hustle and bustle, all the tourist traps... it seems almost too good to be true! But it is true! An absolute winner!
I will definitely return when I’m in Rome. ????
After a couple disappointing meals, Piccolo Arancio was a breath of fresh air. A friend recommended that I tried this place because of  their truffle pasta, which I ordered. First of all, this gem of a place is hidden on a little side street. On the main street, there are signs to direct you in the right direction. The restaurant is very small and intimate, about 10ish tables. we went right when dinnertime started and we were able to be seated immediately. We also got some complimentary champagne to start. I got the truffle pasta, which started this whole journey, and oh my goodness it was heavenly. I thought the flavor was well balanced, properly seasoned, and probably one of the best meals I had. I and my group were craving another Florentine steak which we also ordered. I think the Florentine steak here was a little overdone and could have done a little more with the flavor. I would have to say that part was just okay. Anyway, come for the truffle pasta, it's the true star of the show.
