We called at 3:15 PM for a 8 piece chicken and a 1lb of potato wedges ready for 4pm. Well we get there 10 mins early and the wedges weren’t even ready so the lady put them in and then she told us that we can just grab one of the 8 piece chickens from the hot case so we go get it and it says 3:31 PM so we put that one back and grabbed the other one that says 5:29 pm and we were already mad that it wasn’t made fresh like we previously called 45 mins earlier to have made. Then my mom wanted some potato salad and I watched the woman with NO GLOVES ON MIND YOU and then we watched her take the container and put in the potato salad in the container and her FINGER went into the potato salad!!! Then we put the potato salad in the refrigerator and got the chicken and wedges and went home and now we open up the box of chicken and it looks like this?? It’s literally disgusting it’s all burnt and soggy!! This is very unacceptable!!
